This yellow icebox watermelon variety is quick to mature as early as 40 days from sowing, grows to 5-10 lbs, and produces vines that are less vigorous spreaders than other types. As all watermelons need full sun and adequate room to grow, these plants are ideal for gardeners with smaller-to-average sized space. It can be grown in small spaces or a large container (minimum 7 gal soil).
