Ordering & Contact less Curbside Pickup Guide
Matt’s Organic Garden’s top priority is protecting the health, well-being and safety of our staff, and our customers. For that reason, our facility will remain closed to the public until further notice. Matt’s Organic Garden will be offering only contactless curbside pickup for our customers.
Pickup Days & Hours Starting
May 1, 2020 7 Days a week from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise stated.
Pickup location is at 36 Upper County Rd, Dennis Port, MA 02639

Online: Orders may be placed online. You will receive an email confirming your order.
Please choose how you would like to receive your confirmation when it is ready for pick up. via Email – Text – Phone call.
Please indicate in the comments if assistance is needed for loading such items as bagged soil and fertilizer only.
**Telephone: Orders may be placed by calling 1-508-367-7913 7 Days a week from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Full payment by debit or credit card will be required when placing an order. No cash or check can be accepted at this time. FOR BOTH PHONE AND ONLINE ORDERS-you will receive an email confirming we recieved your order, as well as a second email, and call/text when the order is ready for pick up. ** We recommend ordering online which will expedite your order faster. You may experience a long wait time for phone orders. *Phone orders are only recomended if you are unable to access our website.*
When You Arrive for Pickup
Upon arrival please locate one of our numbered parking spots 1-12. Call the phone number on the sign 1-508-367-7913 to notify one of our staff members’s that you have arrived. Remain in your vehicle until notified by one of our staff.
State all of the following three items to our staff when you call:
1. Order Number
2. Last name on the order
3. The parking spot number you are parked in. 1-12
Please be patient as our staff members will quickly assemble your order while you wait.
Items will be left beside your vehicle for the customer to place inside. * We suggest that you print out your order form and bring it with you. This will give you an opportunity to confirm that your order is complete. If assistance is needed with heavy items such as bagged soil or fertilizer an exception to loading your vehicle from one of our staff will be made.
**Unfortunately we do not have space inside our greenhouses to assemble pre-orders**
Once you have left our parking lot a follow-up email will be sent confirming your order has been completed. 24 hr turnaround time.
Due to safety concerns, no returns will be accepted at this time. No warranty on plants unless otherwise stated.
