Ordering & Contact less Curbside Pickup Guide
Matt’s Organic Garden’s top priority is protecting the health, well-being and safety of our staff, and our customers. For that reason, we have kept our online website ordering open starting May 1, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. *****Changes to online orders are below.*****
As of May 1, 2021 we will have our doors open to the public to shop. We ask that your courteous and respsectfull of our employees and others and that you follow any and all CDC, state and local rules and regulations. Our goal is to provide our customers with an enjoyable experience roaming the greenhouses and outside areas. We reserve the right to limit the number of people within our facilty at any given time. Failure to respect others and our employees will result in a refund and you will be asked to leave.
1. You will receive an email following your online order that we only received your order.
Please choose how you would like to receive your “second confirmation” when it is ready for pick up. via Email – Text – Phone call.
2. You will receive a second confirmation email, text, or phone call within 72 hours of the received online order.
Please indicate in the comments if assistance is needed for loading such items as bagged soil and fertilizer only.
**Do to limited staff we will not accept telephone orders in 2021**.
Full payment by debit or credit card will be required when placing an order.
***We will not fill orders while you wait.*** Orders can not be made in the parking lot and expected to be filled while you wait.
We will not fill orders for those who have not received a second notification.
This will be cause for a full refund as our limited staff is busy filling previous orders and in person purchases.
Due to limited space all online orders are required to be picked up within 24 hours of receiving your second email, text or call; that your order is in fact ready for pickup. Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the second confirmation will be refunded in full. We do not hold, store or maintnain plants once purchased.
** We recommend visiting in person and picking out your own plants, soils , etc which will ensure the products your after.**
When You Arrive for Pickup
Upon arrival please locate one of our numbered parking spots 1-6 only. Call the phone number on the sign 1-508-367-7913 to notify one of our staff members’s that you have arrived. Remain in your vehicle until notified by one of our staff.
State all of the following three items to our staff when you call:
1. Order Number
2. Last name on the order
3. The parking spot number you are parked in. 1-6
Items will be left beside your vehicle for the customer to place inside. * We suggest that you print out your order form and bring it with you. This will give you an opportunity to confirm that your order is complete.
Once you have left our parking lot a follow-up email will be sent confirming your order has been completed. 24 hr turnaround time.
Due to safety concerns, no returns will be accepted at this time. No warranty on plants unless otherwise stated.

May 3, 2021 7 Days a week from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise stated.
