Compact plants of dense, three dimensional, aromatic, and exceptionally tender leaves with great bolt resistance. Edible leaves and flowers are mildly flavored and perfect for fresh preparations. This variety is easy to grow, slow to bolt, and has great field holding quality, allowing for an extended harvest. Open-Pollinated.

Edible Flowers: The flowers are used to garnish potato salad, green salads, and pickles. When broken into florets, they can be mixed into a cheese spread or omelet.
